FACT Informationssysteme & Consulting AG (FACT) and LexiFi SAS (LexiFi) announce joint work and collaboration in the field of complex financial instrument life cycle management and valuation.
Under this far-reaching technology transfer agreement, FACT will license LexiFi’s contract description algebra and integrate the quantitative libraries from LexiFi’s Instrument Box into its FIRST asset management and valuation system.
From next year onwards, FIRST users will therefore have access to LexiFi’s powerful and field-proven financial instrument life cycle manipulation and numerical valuation routines.
