LexiFi is looking for a VIE - Customer Success Manager to join its New York office team.

About LexiFi

LexiFi is a financial technology software company specialized in structured products and derivatives. Our platform is used by financial institutions to support the full lifecycle of structured products, including pricing, documentation, trade capture, lifecycle management, data integration, and operational workflows. LexiFi Inc. has been incorporated in the United States to establish a local presence, support existing U.S. clients more effectively, and develop new business opportunities in North America. As part of this expansion, we are looking for a V.I.E Customer Success Manager to join the New York team.

Mission

The V.I.E Customer Success Manager will help LexiFi Inc. deliver high-quality support and implementation services to U.S. clients, while contributing to the growth of the company’s local presence.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to work at the intersection of financial markets, technology, client support, and business development. The successful candidate will work closely with the U.S. launch lead, the local technical team, and LexiFi’s teams in France.

Responsibilities

Client support and relationship management

You will help provide day-to-day support to existing U.S. clients, including financial institutions using LexiFi’s software for structured products workflows.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to client questions and support requests
  • Investigating functional and technical issues
  • Coordinating with developers and product specialists when deeper analysis is required
  • Following up with clients to ensure issues are resolved properly
  • Documenting recurring questions, incidents, and resolutions
  • Helping maintain strong client relationships through clear and professional communication

Implementation and onboarding

You will contribute to client implementation and onboarding projects, including the configuration and deployment of LexiFi solutions in client environments.

This may include:

  • Helping gather and clarify client requirements
  • Supporting configuration and testing activities
  • Assisting with data, workflow, and integration topics
  • Preparing client training materials
  • Participating in user training sessions
  • Coordinating implementation follow-up with internal teams

Product expertise and internal coordination

You will progressively develop a strong understanding of LexiFi’s software, structured products workflows, and client use cases.

You will work with teams in France and the United States to:

  • Escalate product questions and client feedback
  • Help prioritize issues based on client impact
  • Contribute to internal documentation
  • Share insights from the U.S. market with product and support teams
  • Support continuous improvement of client support processes

Pre-sales and business-development support

As LexiFi Inc. expands in the U.S. market, you will also support commercial activities led by the U.S. management team.

This may include:

  • Assisting with product demonstrations
  • Preparing materials for client meetings
  • Supporting proof-of-concept and evaluation processes
  • Helping analyze prospect requirements
  • Contributing to follow-up after meetings and demos
  • Supporting the transition from pre-sales discussions to implementation projects

Profile

We are looking for a motivated junior profile with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and an interest in both finance and technology.

The ideal candidate has:

  • A master’s degree or engineering/business school background
  • Strong interest in financial markets, structured products, derivatives, or fintech
  • Good understanding of software systems and data workflows
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work with demanding professional clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Autonomy, reliability, and a willingness to learn quickly
  • Ability to work across time zones with teams in France and the United States

Previous experience in banking, financial services or fintech would be a plus.

Technical skills

The following skills would be appreciated:

  • Basic knowledge of derivatives and structured products
  • Familiarity with Python, VBA scripting, APIs, or data formats
  • Ability to translate client needs into clear internal specifications

Deep technical expertise is not required at the start, but the candidate should be willing to build strong product and technical understanding over time.
