Product Specialist


To support its international development, LexiFi is looking for a Product Specialist for its LexiFi Apropos software solution.

This position is built around three main activities:

Test & Specs: ensuring the overall Quality of the software to maintain the best customer experience

  • Defining functional specifications

  • Testing and validating new developments before delivery

  • Writing internal and user documentation

Support: assisting users and ensuring a successful use of the software solution

  • Providing Level 1 technical and product support

  • Providing Level 2 support requiring expertise in different fields pertaining to clients’ activities (e.g. calculation of risk measures, client-specific workflows, understanding of financial regulations …)

  • Participating in the strategical improvement of the software solution from client feedback in collaboration with development and quantitative teams.

Production: meeting clients’ needs through advanced software configuration or consulting activities: creation of reports, conception of templates for automated document generation, custom workflows, …

The Production activity brings enhancement to existing projects and participates in the implementation of new projects. It ensures LexiFi is close to its clients to understand their needs and to provide concrete answers to meet them.

As Product Specialist at LexiFi, you will be part of a team ensuring the link between clients and development teams.

The position requires strong functional and technical competencies, relational intelligence, team orientation and strong analytical skills. Additionally, the candidate should have in-depth knowledge of financial markets as well as fundamentals in programming.

  • Dynamic and proactive with strong analytical skills, relational intelligence and the ability to work in a team

  • Impeccable writing skills in both English and French

  • In-depth understanding of financial markets

  • Programming skills and ability to learn a new programming language (proprietary scripting language)

  • Basic knowledge of functional programming appreciated

  • Ability to function in an extremely dynamic, constantly evolving business environment, maintaining an “always learning” disposition
