Tasks and Responsibilities

As a Marketing Manager, you will work in collaboration with several departments in the company, as well as third parties, and will report directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing. You will join the Sales and Marketing team to shape the company’s marketing, communication, and content strategies. This involves understanding the vertical ecosystem, key functions, personas, and product offerings of LexiFi.

As a Marketing Manager, you will get to know our users’ needs and preferences by conducting research as well as gathering market insights in close collaboration with Product Specialists, Sales, and Account Managers. Using these insights, you will help prioritize the marketing focus and define the value proposition to be communicated to target markets.

Your main tasks will be:

Content Creation: In close collaboration with LexiFi’s Product Specialists, Developers, and Quantitative Engineers, you will:

  • Produce and send regular newsletters to prospects and clients
  • Coordinate and co-write LexiFi’s blog articles on the structured products industry
  • Conduct client testimonials including video interviews and written case studies
  • Document the solutions’ new features and functionalities
  • Develop and update marketing documentation (pitches, brochures, etc.)
  • Create infographics and diagrams to support sales meetings
  • Create videos including product demonstrations, explainer videos, corporate videos

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage and update LexiFi’s website according to best practices
  • Monitor the company’s website performance on Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Develop a social media strategy and report marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Use Salesforce / Pardot to implement marketing automation strategies

Communication strategy:

  • Craft a communication strategy in coherence with the company’s strategy, corporate news, product development, and financial markets’ practices and regulations
  • Manage brand content strategy and presence across the various marketing channels (social media, emailing, website, press, events, conferences, etc.)
  • Nurture LexiFi’s brand awareness in Europe, Asia, and North America Organise, or coordinate the organisation of events (client events, corporate events, etc.)

Sales assistance and administrative tasks

  • Communicate marketing KPIs and research findings internally to help the Head of Sales identify both market and upsell opportunities
  • Update and maintain the CRM database on Salesforce
  • Assist sales with RFP questionnaire responses
  • Assist with the creation and update of corporate documents

Financial markets degree or a previous experience in the financial industry, preferably in a marketing department
