Tasks and Responsibilities

As a Product Specialist Intern at LexiFi you will join a team combining expertise in financial engineering, software engineering and client services. Being the privileged contact of our clients, Product Specialists are de facto at the cornerstone of LexiFi’s organization.
This internship will allow you to quickly gain a sense of how business is conducted in the financial derivatives space from different angles. You will work alongside deeply experienced financial engineering and learn about modern software development.

By the end of this internship, you may have the opportunity to join the Product Specialist team. Positions will be offered to successful interns only, and may include international assignments (i.e. VIE – Business France).** You will work on the implementation of both existing and new projects through the following streams:


  • Design reports
  • Code templates for automated document generation
  • Build quantitative financial analysis reports
  • Implement custom workflows


  • Participate in the strategical improvement of the software solution based on client feedback in collaboration with the development and quantitative teams
  • Test and validate new developments before delivery
  • Write internal documentation


  • Level 1 - technical and product support
  • Level 2 - requiring financial and programming expertise
  • Improve user documentation

    Your Profile & Skills:

    The candidate should be M2 level of study in Finance. This demanding role requires a combination of hard and soft skills.

  • Programming skills in Python-like / HTML / CSS / JavaScript, and ability to learn a new programming language (proprietary scripting language)
