LexiFi Apropos is an application for the analysis and the management of complex financial products. Designed to serve as an in-house system of record for complex trades, LexiFi Apropos brings together all data and services required to develop, market, and manage tailored financial solutions.

LexiFi Apropos addresses the needs of both providers and buyers of structured products who wish to build a business that scales. Users rely on an authoritative source of contract and market data and on shared analytical and processing services to streamline key functions:

• Sales. LexiFi Apropos facilitates the design of distinctive investment, financing, and risk transfer solutions and automates the production of sales and marketing documents, including term sheets and pre- and post-trade product reports.
• Trading. Users accurately record the terms and conditions of candidate transactions in trading-quality entry screens, access analytical tools to gain insight into the economics of complex products, and calculate prices with proven implementations of industry-standard models or with in-house models.
• Risk management. LexiFi Apropos enables the ongoing control of valuations, exposures, and risks at any level of detail thanks to combined pricing and event management capabilities, centralized access to market data, and a carefully-designed database.
• Processing. LexiFi Apropos automates post-trade processes: the system detects and handles product life cycle events, updates product definitions in response to such events, and calculates cash and security positions.
